External material: 1.2mm cold-rolled steel plate, coated with AkzoNobel epoxy resin powder after welding, polishing, acid washing, and phosphating.
Internal material: 5mm compact panel, moisture-proof and temperature resistant, modular structure, easy to disassemble and clean. FRP and stainless steel materials are also available for you to choose from.
Window: Made of 5mm explosion-proof glass, with gear control for window movement to ensure smooth and accurate balance.
Tabletop: High quality 19mm epoxy resin countertop, 25mm waterproof edge, ceramic and laboratory grade phenolic resin countertops available for selection.
Lamp: A 30 watt anti-corrosion fluorescent lamp installed in a gas insulated housing.
Accessories:
1. Water and gas fitting: High quality remote water and gas fitting are used. The gas fitting is with safety function to avoid gas leakage.
2. Socket: 4 sets of water-proof international standard sockets with cover.
3. Hinge: 304 stainless steel hinge with high weight capacity.
4. Controller: LCD controller with English version. Also controller from France is for your selection which can show the face velocity and make alarm when meeting with unproper airflow.
Remark:
1. We can furnish custom-built fume hood based on customer’s requirement.
2. We can add polypropylene storage pallet in the under-cabinet to store strong chemicals with exhausting system. Fan and duct also can be furnished if it’s required by customers.
