The attention during operation of laboratory furniture

The maintenance of Laboratory furniture and experimental instrument is an important part of laboratory management. We need to do good job on maintenance of lab furniture and instrument because it’s related with good condition rate, utilization rate and success rate during experiment. So the operator should know the common knowledge about the maintenance of lab furniture and instruments and master the basic technology about maintenance. Lab bench is the necessary equipment in laboratory and its cleaning and maintenance need to be done in particular. The right way to clean and maintain lab bench can extend the lifetime. 1. It is better to use warm water to wipe, then can choose ketone or mild detergent to wipe
test bench. if you choose liquid soap or detergent to wipe the table, it’s forbidden to use
detergent containing abrasive, acid ingredients in order to avoid damage of surface. we
can drop Hypochlorite on the contaminated lab grade phenolic resin worktop then use
clean water to wash for strong stain.
2. The strong stain can be removed by disinfecting. It’s forbidden to cave it by sharp hard object.
3. Don’t insolate it under the sun to avoid influencing the appearance.
4. Open the window on a regular basis to ensure air quality and the safety of the staff
5. It can’t be used under the environment of temperature over 135 ℃ for the long time.
6. The lab worktop will be damaged by flame from mesa, so it should be used on foot stand.
