PP Sink Installation method

One: sink on worktop. The installation procedures are as below:
1. The sink will be installed after fixing the worktop. The opposite side of sink edge need to be polished by coarse sand 1st, then it becomes burr shape after removing degree of finish.
2. Glue will be injected around the sink hole, then putting sink down into sink hole and putting some heavy things into sink, then waiting for glue to be solidified. Epoxy resin is better t be used instead of silica because silica is with tenacity and it’s easy to be departed with bonding things and sink will be loose and porous if it’s damp for long time.
Two: sink under worktop. The installation procedures for such sink: The difference with sink on worktop is that the sink should be fixed 1st before we fix the worktop.
1. Turning the worktop upside down and make the opposite side upward. Then draw the sink position.
2. Cleaning the dust on sink and spraying the glue 1st,, then inverting the sink and aiming the sink at the suitable position.
3. The electric drill with 3.5mm driller is used to make holes on the edge of sink. The distance between holes is 12-15cm. At last the sink is fixed on the worktop with 4x16mm screws tightly. The overflow glue will be removed after the glue dries slightly.
4. At last the worktop will be put on the worktop, the procedures are same as above steps.
