Acid Wet Fume Scrubber Operation Procedure
1. Please ensure that the water level in both the water tank and distribution tank is filled to the overflow port of the unit, and that the water inlet valve is open.
2. Check the pump and fan, and tighten all connection bolts in time.
3. The next stage is to fill the spray tank on the PP spray tower with water.
4. Next, add 15kg of sodium hydroxide and stir to dissolve.
5. Check the fan, spray pump and other parts, and restart the powder switch button.
