Chemical laboratory PP fume cupboard is one type of fume hood made of new polypropylene material. which is extremely corrosive and UV resistant.
This model complies with ASHRAE110-2016 standard, the unique PP fume hood model reaching this standard on the market. It’s a breakthrough because PP material is difficult to be processed to meet structure requirement of ASHRAE110 standard.
It means our PP chemical fume cupboard has better performance on airflow to protect lab personnels from being harmed by various chemicals in laboratory due to controlled leakage rate stipulated by international ASHRAE110-2016 standard, as well as prominent anti-corrosion performance because it can work at harsh working environment with strong chemicals.
Cabinet and door: made of 8mm high quality white polypropylene(PP)sheet with excellent feature on chemical resistance.
Handle and Hinge: made of high quality one-time forming PP material.
Sash: tempered glass is 5mm thick, tough-end glass panel, sliding up & down by belt & special counter-balance safety device , all edges of sash is aerodynamic.
Worktop: made up of solid 15mm PP worktop, phenolic resin worktop/epoxy resin worktop/ceramic countertop etc.
PP storage cabinet: Same material as main body.
Having the following service :
1 flourescent light built into 1 separate space insulated by tempered glass.
1 No. remotecold water valve and outlet.
1 No. remote gas valve and outlet with safety function.
4 No. 10 Amp, 220V elect universal or UK/EU socket.
1 No LCD monitor which controls power, light, etc.
Optional accessories:
1. Specified France intelligent controller showing face velocity and alarming having unproper airflow in working chamber.
2. A small centrifugation fan and flexible pipe or big centrifugation.
3. Anti-corrosive lamp according to actual working environment.
4. Other liners such as ceramic fiber etc in accordance with working temperature and used chemical types.
Standards: exactly designed and manufactured as per ASHRAE110-2016, face velocity is 0.5 m3/sec. minimum, when sash is opened at safe height.
