This ducted fume hood has been installed at site in DUBAI. Normal lab accessories have been included such as remote water and gas valve and cock, epoxy resin countertop, as well as LCD controller and multi-functional sockets etc.

Sash:
1. High-Quality tempered glass which is called safety glass, providing safety protection for lab staffs, allowing for vertical sliding movements.
2. The sash is easily moved with lifting force below 0.5kg. its sash is designed for smooth operation and can be easily stopped at any desired position by simply pulling up or down.
3. Chemica resistant long grab handle with shock absorption strip made of aluminum alloy, which is corrosive resistant.
Exterior Structure:
1. Made of 1.2mm thick cold-rolled steel that is folded, welded, polished, acid cleaned, phosphoresced, and coated with electrostatic, corrosion-resistant spray paint that is oven dried.
Interior material:
5mm thick compact panels on the sides with air flow guides on top to protect the wall and allow for air discharge. Easy to disassemble and reassemble for cleaning. Resistant to acids, alkalis, moisture, and high temperatures. More liners is workable if it’s specified by clients.
Working table:
19mm epoxy resin worktop with a 25mm edge that is continuous on all four sides, other mateiral such as ceramic, phenolic resin or stainless steel countertop are also workable.
Lighting:
30 Watt daylight lamp in a gas-insulated housing to provide at least 400 LUX of light on the working table.
Socket:
Four sets of 220 volt/10 AMP multi-functional electric socket outlets with waterproof covers or other models suitable for different countries.
Lab accessories:
1. Yellow brass, epoxy resin coated water control valve and cock.
2. Yellow brass, epoxy coated gas control valve and cock. The gas valve is with safety function to avoid air leakage, it will not be unintentionally turned on unless you press it. More gas fittings can be customized incuding VA,CA, Nitrogen are for your options.
Controller:
LCD control panel which is capable of controlling ON/OFF of fume cupboard, angle of damper, lamp and fan. Shutdown time can be set in advance. We can furnish control panel imported from France which can show face velocity, make alarm etc.
Storage cabinet:
1. Normal steel cabinet with 1 adjustable shelf.
2. Acid or solvent cabinet
3. Cabinet with PP liner and PP shelf with exahust port are for your selection.
4. Cabinet with movable castors for moving ducted fume hood to anywhere you want.
