Hazards of perchloric acid
For people doing experiments in laboratory, perchloric acid,hydrofluric acid or other strong chemicals are big aheadache because they are highly corrosive and dangerous. Meanwhile, there are risk of burning or explosion when concentration reaches certain level. If it’s discharged into air, serious population would be caused.
Introduction of percholoric acid fume hood:
Perchloric acid fume hood with an internal spraying system, which is specially used to deal with perchloric acid or hydrofluric acid effectively etc because these strong acids can be neutralized by NAOH, which is added into water in specially designed built-in spraying system. It can both minimize the population to environment and reduce harm for lab staffs.
