This type is lab wall bench. The size can be custom-made requested by customers.
Typical design made of wood cabinet and C-frame. Simple construction with excellent practicability.
We insist on using high quality raw material from big and famous supplier for our lab bench.
Wood Cabinet:
18mm MDF with melamine, 2mm PVC edging. 304 stainless steel hydraulic hinge, long alumimum alloy grab handle. DTC heavy duty 3-joints drawer slide. The cabinet is mounted on the frame by connection parts.
C-Frame:
60X40X1.5mm steel frame coated with epoxy resin powder with matt finish. The coated steel connection parts between C-frame and crosspiece is welded on the C-frame directly. It makes the connection very easily just by fixing several pcs of screws with simple tool.
Also H-frame is workable if it’s required by customers.
Epoxy Worktop: 19mm epoxy resin worktop with excellent features on chemical and temperature resistance.
Lab Accessories: water faucet, PP pegboard, socket, gas outlet, PP sink, eye wash for your selection.
