This wall bench is made for one of our customer in UAE. It’s for a famous shcool there. Our client is satisifed with our school lab table because of its excellent craftmanship, typical color and highly strong structure.

1. Frame:
60x40x2.0mm steel frame coated with epoxy resin powder with smooth finish. The coated steel connection parts between C-frame and crosspiece is welded on the C-frame directly. It makes the connection very easily just by fixing several pcs of screws with simple tool.
The connection for cabinet and frame are also very simple and strong. There are supporting crosspiece under cabinet to support the cabinet and it increases the whole weight capacity. The cabinet can be fixed at a right position simply and easily by adjustable the feet on the supporting crosspiece.
2. Cabinet of lab bench:
18mm plywood with melamine, 2mm PVC edging. 304 stainless steel hydraulic hinge, long alumimum alloy grab handle. DTC heavy duty 3-joints drawer slide.
3. Worktop: 19mm epoxy worktop which can be resistant for high temperature and different kinds of chemicals.
4. Accessories: water faucet, socket, gas outlet, PP sink for your selection.
Wood options: 18mm plywood/chipboard/MDF/HDF.
Types of steel frame：C-frame/H-frame/O frame.
Cabinet models: mounted cabinet/cabinet with castors.
