The wood laboratory furniture is lab central bench. The size can be custom-made requested by customers.
This central bench is made for one of our Nigeria customer, pls see the details as below:
1. Cabinet:
18mm chipboard with melamine, 2mm PVC edging. 304 stainless steel hydraulic hinge, long alumimum alloy grab handle. DTC heavy duty 3-joints drawer slide.
2. Frame:
60X40X1.5mm steel frame coated with epoxy resin powder with matt finish. The coated steel connection parts between C-frame and crosspiece is welded on the C-frame directly. It makes the connection very easily just by fixing several pcs of screws with simple tool.
The connection for cabinet and frame are also very simple and strong. There are supporting crosspiece under cabinet to support the cabinet and it increases the whole weight capacity. The cabinet can be fixed at a right position simply and easily by adjustable the feet on the supporting crosspiece.
3. Worktop: 16mm lab grade phenolic resin worktop which can be resistant for high temperature and different kinds of chemicals.
4. Accessories: triple out water faucet, single and 90 degree gas outlet, high Also other accessories are for your selection.
