Steel Frame:
60X40X1.5mm steel frame coated with epoxy resin powder after chemical treatment including acid washing, phosphorization etc. Galvanized steel frame is also workable. Smooth or matt surface is avaiable for your selection.
Worktop: 16mm lab grade phenolic resin worktop which can be resistant for high temperature, chemical resistance and washed easily. Also other worktops such as epoxy resin worktop, stainless steel worktop or ceramic worktop are available to meet your different buget.
Cabinet:
The cabinet is made of 18mm flakeboard/plywood/MDF with melamine with 2mm PVC water proof edgings.
Drawer slide: DTC heavy duty 3-joints drawer slide.
Hinge: 165 degree DTC hinge or 110 degree 304 stainless steel hydraulic hinge.
Handle: long aluminu alloy grab rail or long plastic handle.
Reagent Shelf: made of tempered glass, steel column, steel hanging pieces, stainless steel rod etc. The layer made of tempered glass is almost resistant for all chemicals.
