It needs to be pickled and phosphated and then sprayed with epoxy resin powder at high temperature to bake and solidify.

3. Cabinet door instructions of steel lab furniture: The cabinet door is double structure, equipped with a combination of all steel and glass door.Adopts 1.0mm high quality cold-rolled steel plate (double layer), with solderless connection and removable damping pad.In the CNC machining center, cutting, positioning, drilling, bending and welding after forming, need pickling phosphating treatment after spraying epoxy resin powder high temperature curing.High surface adhesion, hardness and corrosion resistance, beautiful appearance.

4. Description of the shelf: the shelf is made of 1.0mm high quality cold-rolled steel plate, which is formed after CNC machining center, cutting, positioning, drilling, bending and welding. The laminate shall be pickled and phosphated, and then sprayed with epoxy resin powder at high temperature and baked and cured.Floor height can be adjusted freely.

5. Process Instructions: All steel plates will be visually flat without solder spots after being sprayed with epoxy powder.All water, electricity and gas channels shall be safe, applicable and installed in a hidden way.

6. Hinges: Brand 304 hydraulic hinge/heavy-ducty exterior hinge, beautiful appearance, no noise when opening and closing, the number of more than 50,000, rust resistance, corrosion resistance, up to the international hardware industry standards.

8. Adjustable feet of steel lab bench: Adopt injection molding adjustment feet with diameter of Φ10mm, shockproof, moisture-proof and corrosion-resistant. The height of the cabinet can be adjusted appropriately according to the indoor floor, and the maximum adjustment is 0-30mm.
