Polypropylene(PP) Lab Furniture is newly developed in response to higher requirements of customers on chemical resistant performance of laboratory bench. The lifetime of PP lab furniture is definitely longer than normal lab table.
This project includes PP lab bnech including central bench and wall bench, fume hood,wall mounted cabint&storage cabibet etc.
Specification:
Worktop: 19mm epoxy resin worktop. Cabinet: made up of 8mm high quality white anti-ultrviolet PP sheet with excellent feature on chemical resistance.
Door: made of 15mm high quality white PP sheet
Handle and Hinge: made up of high quality one-time forming PP material. Wall mounted cabinet: with tempered glass which can be replaceable in case glass is damaged due to application of paticular production process.
Without metal parts exposed, even drawer slide is fully made up of PP material. Polypropylene Lab Furniture can not only satisfy harsh working environment with strong chemicals, but also be suitable for some special working places having high requirements on cleaniness such as pharmacuetical/food/semiconductor factories etc.
