We did a big school project in Nigeria including chemistry and physics school lab furniture for 6 schools in total in 2022. We designed these labs according to numbers of students and main functions of each laboratory. However, these laboratories are delicately designed under the principle of safety, space maximizing and practibility.Adopting 18mm plywood, durable enough, excellent craftmanship, processed by German facility, C-frame structure, extremely easy installation.

Material Description of School Laboratory Furniture
Type: JH-WF015 The size and colour can be custom-made requested by customers.
1. Metal frame: It’s made of 60*40*2.0mm galvanzied steel pipe by welding, it’s with epoxy resin powder after acid-washing and phosphorization for lab furniture.
2.Worktop: 16mm phenolic resin worktop which are resistant for chemicals and high temperature. The worktops can be washed easily. The worktop can bear the weight about 200-300kg.The gap height between worktop<2mm.
3. Door and cabinet body of school lab bench: 1.The material is 18mm plywood with 2mm PVC water proof edgings. 2. Back panel: The material is 18mm plywood with 2mm PVC water proof edgings.The back panel can be dissembled and it’s convenient for installation and maintain of pipe and electricity cable. 3. Drawer sliding rail: Using steel 3-joints weight bearing sliding rail without noise on both sides of drawer for lab furniture. 4. Handle: Using long aluminu alloy grab handle. 5. Hinge: 304 stainless stee hydraulic hinge which is rust resistance for lab furniture.
Installation for Lab Furniture in School
The installation procedures of C-frame school lab furniture are designed to be pretty simple due to especially designed connection parts between steel frame and cabinets. It can be finished perfectly only by using a screw knife without drilling. It helps you to reduce labour force most on installation.We can offer CAD installation drawing and installation guidance for your reference.
