Project Description:
This project was delivered in 2019 specially designed for a gold mining company in Zambia.
It’s comprised of steel lab furniture, perchrolic PP fume hood/steel fume hood, balance table and PP storage tall
cabinet. The customer is short of installation experience, so this project was completed instalation through our
technican’s patient distance guidance in terms of electricity, pipe&ventilation arrangement etc. This project got
extreme satisfaction and recognition of customer finally.
Highlights:
1. Perchrolic PP fume hood: Adopting fire-resistant PP material with grade: UL94V-0 as shell material and PTFE
as material for worktop and lining, which ensure the fume hood can be resistant to high temperature even at
150 celsus degree when working for long time. Unique and special purifying circulation system, the core part
of fume hood, which can deal with the chemicals named fluorhydric acid effectively and completely.
2. Balance table: Using innovative double anti-shaking and suspension technology, the shock absorption rate
can reach 90% proved by special test data.
3. Steel fume hood: The fume hood is in accordance with US ASHRAE110-2016 standard.We offered matched
centrifugation fan to ensure proper air volume and face velocity to perform our committent protecting the safety
of operator.

1. Certification:
Authorized SGS certification showing the conformity of US standard SEFA-8M,which test many
items including weight capacity of steel cabinet etc. This certification shows the superior quality
of our steel bench and it can meet the highest standard in this field.
2. Quality improvement
While complying with highest standard of lab bench, we also focus on improvement of steel cabinet
and its accessories. Pls see details as below:
I. Insisiting on using high quality accessories.
II. Adding sound absorbing material inside the door to minimize the noise when door is closed.
III. Open mould to make specialized collision bead to reduce the noise at most.
IV. Applying a variety of welding technology which lead to excellent whole weight capacity, meticulous
welding and exquisite welding spot.

We pay attetion to every step during production especially on welding, polishing and coating of
epoxy resin powder which decide the final appearance and keep improving any of them continously

A. Worktop: 19mm epoxy resin worktop.
B. Door and cabinet body: galvanized steel sheet coated with Akzonobel powder with noise aborption material inside.
C. Handle: 128mm 304 stainless steel.
D. Hinge: 304 stainless steel exterior hinge with high weight capacity.
E. Drawer slide: Using3-joints bearing drawer rail with noise reduction, it can ensure the full opening for the drawer with good bearing capacity and without deforming.
Installation: The installation procedures are designed to be very simple. It can be finished perfectly only by using a screw knife. We can furnish CAD installation drawing and installation guidance for your reference.
