The size depends on room size or customers’ requirement.
This type of laboratory equipment(lab furniture) is consist of wortop, wood cabinet and C-frame. It’s perfect conbination because it’s with better weight capacity than all wood structure.
A. C-frame:
1. Material for upright frame: it’s made of 60x40x1.5mm steel pipe by welding, it’s with epoxy resin powder after acid-washing and phosphorization.
2. Connection parts: steel parts welded on C-frame to connect frame and crosspiece. It increases the stability of frame structure. Simple installation for frame structure by screws and simple tool. Drill holes are ready in advance and hand drill isn’t required.
3. Adjustable feet: Using M10 screws(treated by galvanization) with adjustable height not less than 10mm.
B. Table Worktop: It depends on customers’ requirement. Epoxy resin panel, phenolic resin panel and ceramic worktop are available for your selection. The worktop can bear the weight about 200-300kg. The gap height between worktops ≤2mm.
C. Wood Cabinet:
Made of 18mm chipboard/MDF/plywood with melamine or HPL surface, 2mm PVC edging, with good quality accessories such as 3-joints heavy duty drawer sliding rail without noise, plastic long grab handle or long aluminum alloy grab handle.
