This ducted fume hood is equipped with full set of VAV components including sensor of face velocity, VAV controller, auto sash system, area sensor and anti-collision sensor.

VAV fume hoods use intelligent air volume control to maintain a constant wind speed of around 0.5m/s, significantly reducing the total power consumption of laboratory ventilation systems.
VAV fume cupboard adopts variable air volume control technology, which monitors and controls the air volume in real time through sensors and controllers to ensure that the face wind speed of the fume hood remains within the set range, usually 0.5m/s. This control method not only improves the safety of the laboratory, but also optimizes the airflow organization, avoiding the impact of airflow disturbance on the experiment.
VAV fume hoods use intelligent control and pressure independent control technology to ensure stable face face velocity and avoid wind face velocity fluctuations caused by changes in pipe network pressure.
VAV chemical fume cupboard has intelligent control and adaptive adjustment functions. For example, when personnel are detected leaving, the system will automatically reduce the wind speed to save energy; When personnel return, the system will return to normal wind speed.
The VAV fume hood adopts high-precision intelligent variable air volume butterfly valves and optimized flow nozzle design to ensure the accuracy and stability of air volume control. The system has fast response time, small error, and is easy to maintain.
1.one whole piece of 5mm thick tempered safety glass sashes in aluminum alloy frame.
2. Controlled by new synchronizing belt transmission, sash can be stopped at any position by pulling up or down. Sash lifting force is only within 0.5KG. Horizontal sash can be custom- made if necessary.
3.Epoxy resin coated aluminum alloy sash handle is specially designed to ensure airflow to enter smoothly.
Exterior Structure: 1.0 mm thick galvanized steel by many processing procedures including folding, welding, polishing, acid cleaning, phosphorization, and coating with electrostatic, corrosion resistant powder.
Liner: 5 mm thick phenolic resin panels forming reasonable structure ensure organized airflow in good condition.
That can be easily disassembled for cleaning and reassembled. Acids, Alkalis, moisture and temperature resistant.
Working table: 19mm epoxy resin worktop with 25mm edge which is continuous on all four sides of the worktop. Ceramic/phenolic resin worktop are for your option.
Lighting: 30 Watt antisepsis daylight lamp fitted in gas insulated housing to provide not less than 400 LUX of light flux on the working table.
Socket: Four sets of 220 volt/10 AMP multi-functional electric socket outlets with water proof cover.
Water and Gas Fittings:
1. Yellow brass, epoxy resin coated water control valve and cock.
2. Yellow brass, epoxy coated gas control valve and cock. The gas valve is with safety function to avoid air leakage, it will not be unintentionally turned on unless you press it.
Control panel: LCD control panel which is capable of controlling ON/OFF of fume hood, lamp and fan. We can furnish control panel imported from France which can show face velocity,make alarm etc.
1. 3 or 4 double walled doors made of 1.0 mm thick galvanized steel and spray painted as specified above.
2. Stainless steel handles and S.S hydraulic hinges.
3. PP cup sink, resistant to acids, alkali and organic substance.
Remark:
1. We can add polypropylene storage cabinet or tray in the under cabinet to store strong chemicals in connection with main exhausting system.
2. We can furnish duct and fan if it’s required by customers.
3. We can furnish custom-built fume hood based on customer’s requirement.
