Chemistry laboratory is an important base of teaching and scientific research in schools, and one of the important symbols reflecting the quality of school education, scientific research level and management level. The working environment of the laboratory is different from that of the office. It is a dull and boring work site. We should take people as the foundation in the design process. How to design a safe overall design, functional products, beautiful and practical furniture is the prerequisite for our success. Faced with different customers and different laboratories, how do salesmen accurately transmit customer information to the design department, how do design departments carry out reasonable design, and give customers a “economic, practical, safe” brand-new laboratory design scheme, which is exactly what we want to accomplish.
Laboratory Specification Requirements:
(1) Height requirement of the test-bed
According to ergonomics, the height of sitting operation test-bed is 750-850, and that of standing operation is 850-920. The height of reagent rack ranges from 1200 to 1650. High cabinet 1800 ~ 2200.
(2) Safe access
The door width of common laboratories is 900-1500mm, and there is a safety door. The internal operation process is required to be smooth, so as to prevent channel blockage in emergencies. Lab layout schemes such as island type, Peninsula type, L type and U type are often designed. The main channel and two central platforms are operated on both sides. The spacing is more than 1500mm, and the one-way distance of side platforms is more than 1200. The double-sided operation distance of the detoxification cabinet is more than 1500mm.
(3) Ventilation system
(a) Fully realize the functional requirements: under the premise of system safety, fully realize the ventilation, ventilation and detoxification functions of the ventilation system, and create a relatively comfortable experimental working environment through comprehensive noise reduction.
B) In line with the principle of economic saving: on the premise of ensuring system safety and fully realizing system functions, through optimizing pipeline system and fan, the construction cost can be reduced and operation cost can be saved.
C) Ensuring the technological advancement of the system: by optimizing the pipe system and air distribution, comprehensive factors such as ventilation working face condition, pipe system composition, noise elimination facilities, fan operation and system control are fully taken into account. New composite materials and advanced control technology of numerical control frequency conversion are used to achieve the goal of leading technology, reliable operation, energy saving and durability of the system.
