Our laboratory fume cabinet has been tested by SGS and got approval, it ensures the safety features of our products.
1. It’s equipped with safety cabinet suitable to store flammable or corrosive liquids etc, it can satisfy partiulcar storage requirements in laboratory.
2. Safety cabinet can connect with exhaust system to exhaust chemicals fume due to corrosive chemicals stored, which contributes to maintaining good working environment for lab staffs.

Cabinet material: 1.0-1.2mm cold-rolling steel covered with electrostatic spraying after folding, welding, polishing,acid cleaning, phosphorization and chemical resistance.
Inner liner panel: 5mm compact panel, acid and alkali resistant, temperature resistant, anti-moisture. FRP and stainless steel are also available for your selection.
Guide plate: 5mm compact panel, reasonable and knock-down guide structure. Concentrated and effective discharge air, letting off different poisonous gas.
Worktop: 19 mm thick solid epoxy resin worktop with 25 mm thick raised edge; acid and alkali resistant, anti moisture, Impact resistant.
Sash: 5mm thickness steel safe glass, it can be positioned at any level by pulling the handle. can be operated through sliding glass window when sash is closed.
Lighting: Inside lighting with 30W antisepsis daylight lamp.
Control panel: lighting switch, ON/OFF switch, 4 sets of 220V/10A versatile electric socket.
Accessories: Gas outlet with control valve, Water outlet with control valve, PP cup sink.
Optional of Fume Hood in Laboratory
Work top: Lab phenolic Resin or ceramic.
Blower of laboratory fume cabinet: Polypropylene exhaust fan, single phase or 3 phases.
Meanwhile, normal and high-end VAV Damper System are available to be adopted.
Remark:
Color of safety storage cabinet of fume cabinet:
Yellow for flammable safety storage cabinet.
Blue for anti-corrosive safety storage cabinet.
PP liner and pallet are also ideal opions if strong chemicals are stored in nether cabinet of lab fume cabinet.
