Steel laboratory furniture with reagent shelf is specially designed for increasing storage space. Normally central bench is necessary to add reagent shelf because wall mounted cabinets are not available to be made due to space limit. Then double layer regeant shelf is a good subsitute when underbench storage space isn’t enough.
A. Worktop: The worktop is based on the requirement of customers for lab bench such as phenolic resin board, epoxy resin board or ceramic board. The edge of worktop will be treated specially to ensure its safety for human body.
B. Door and cabinet body: The cabinet is made of high quality 1.0/1.2mm cold rolled sheet with different thickness as per its different loading weight. The surface is treated by acid washing, phosphorization before coating by epoxy resin powder.The inside cabinet is equipped with adjustable setting for mobile layer. All the welding points have been polished specially which will not hurt the hand. The inside cabinet is with front and back upright columns and reinforcing ribs to increase the bearing capacity and impact resistance capacity. We can fill the sound insulation material into the inside space between two layers if it’s required by customer.
C. Movable back panel: Movable and free dissembling structure which is convenient for checking water, electricity and gas pipe etc.
D. Hinge: Using durable 304 stainless exterior steel hinge or 304 hydraulic hinge with excellent weight capacity which is rust resistance and can be used for long time.
E. Drawer sliding rail: Using 3-joints bearing drawer rail with noise reduction, it can ensure the full opening for the drawer with good bearing capacity and without deforming.
F. Shelf: The shelf is made of steel frame and steel hanging pieces. The layer is made of toughened glass which is suitable to put all kinds of chemicals on it. There are multi-functional or other type of sockets on the column to satisfy the customers from different countries.
G. Sink: The PP sink is which is installed under the worktop. There’s steel tubes to support the sink to keep it stable.
Installation: The installation procedures are designed to be very simple. It can be finished perfectly only by using a screw knife. We can furnish CAD installation drawing and installation guidance for your reference.
Remark:
Dissembled steel cabinets are for your option to save transportation cost most. We have enough stock for regular standard cabinet, connection frames and knee panels etc with regular size and the delivery time would be about 1 week.Customer can assemble lab furniture with any size locally if they have stock enough and complete project locally with high efficiency. It would become past time to order goods from CHINA for every batch of goods. It would help customers to save time and finish projects asap and increase margin by saving transportation cost.
