PP fume hood Made in CHINA is becoming hot in recent years because many clients realize that PP or polypropylene is good material to grapple with harsh and strong corrosive working environment.

Material description:
Working sash:
1. Whole piece of 5mm thick tempered safety glass sashes in a stainless steel frame, able to sliding laterally in the frame and vertically with the frame.
2. Frame balanced from elevation and sides so as it can be stopped at any position by pulling up or down.
Exterior Structure:The structure is made from imported PP board, which is excellent chemical and alkali Resistant. It is 8mm thick, and is good impact resistant and non-corrosive.
Interior Claddings: It’s made from the imported 8mm PP board.
Working table: The worktop is made of 15mm thick PP. Other laboratory worktops such as ceramic/phenolic/epoxy resin are also available.
Lighting: 30W fluorescent lamp with the PP cover for the lighting.
External control /operation:
1. 4 sets of 220 volt/ 10 Amp electric socket outlets and light and fan on/off switches.
2. Yellow brass, epoxy resin coated water control valve and cock.
3. Yellow brass, epoxy coated gas safety control valve and cock.
4. More water and gas lab fittings are available such as pure water, oxygen, N2 gas fittings etc.
Storage cabinet of PP fume cupboard:
1. 4 double walled doors made from the imported 8mm PP board.
2. High quality exterior PP hinge.
3. PP United Cup, resistant to acids, alkali and organic impregnations.
Face velocity: It’s 0.4-0.6m/s when we open the sash at 24”. (when the sash is fully opened).
Remark:
1. We can furnish fan and duct if it’s required by customers.
2. The standard type of control panel is touchable one, also LCD monitor is available for your selection.
3. We can furnish customized PP fume cupboard based on customer’s requirement.
