Our steel laboratory fume hoods or fume cupboards have been tested by SGS and got approval, it ensures the safety features of our products.
Most types of lab fume cupboards on the market don’t follow any standard, especially airflow and safety standard. For the device intended to exhaust harmful or toxic chemicals in laboratory, most models on the market are not able to ensure its safety because of weak airflow performance.
To solve this problem, we rolled out this model of fume hood with highly safety peroformance in attempt to protect lab staffs from being hurted by chemicals for its controlled air leakage rate.

Advantage:
Cost-effective European design. Attractive appearance with exceptional craftsmanship. Top-notch Fume hood that meets European standards. Unique interior structure with a special synchronized belt that reduces pulling force.
External material: Manufactured using 1.2 mm thick cold-rolled steel sheet. All steel parts undergo pickling and phosphatizing treatment, followed by epoxy resin powder coating. The coating thickness can reach 80um.
Interior lining material and flow panel: Made of 5mm compact solid panel that is resistant to chemicals and high temperatures. Corrosive material is used to connect the inner lining panel and flow panel. The bottom of the flow panel is connected to the worktop using detachable fixed parts. Between the steel exterior structure and lining material, there are two removable compact panels for maintenance purposes. The public device can be serviced between the steel exterior structure and lining panel.
Movable door of steel fume cupboard: The lifting and lowering mechanism is flexible, allowing it to stop at any desired position.
With 6mm anti-explosion glass with film inside.Sliding door and hinge coaxial pulley wheel system is used to ensure the smooth and exact balance, this system can prevent the tilting of movable door and the lifetime can reach above 100,000 times.
Light: Antisepsis day-light lamp fitted in gas insulated housing, not lower than 400lux.
Socket: Four sets of 220 volt/ 10 AMP multi-functional electric socket outlets with water proof cover. European or England socket is available for your selection.
Worktop: 19mm epoxy resin worktop with 25mm water proof edge, 20mm ceramic worktop or lab grade phenolic resin worktop for your selection.
Lab accessories:
1. Yellow brass, epoxy resin coated water control valve and cock.
2. Yellow brass, epoxy coated gas control valve and cock. The gas valve is with safety function to avoid air leakage, it will not be unintentionally turned on unless you press it.Electrical box: with electrical leakage and overloading protection device.
3. Control panel: LCD control panel which is capable of controlling ON/OFF of fume hood, lamp and fan. Shutdown time can be set in advance. We can furnish control panel imported from France which can show face velocity,make alarm when meeting with unproper airflow etc.
Storage cabinet:
1. Double-layers storage cabinet made of 1.0/1.2 mm thick cold-rolled steel or galvanized steel and spray painted as specified above.
2. 304 Stainless steel handles and S.S exterior hinges.
3. Inflammable or acid storage safety cabinet for your option depending on storage requirement.
Face velocity: It’s 0.4-0.6m/s when we open the sash at 24”. (when the sash is fully opened).

Remark:
1. We can add polypropylene storage cabinet or PP pallet in the base cabinet to store strong chemicals. The base cabinet
is connected with exhaust system of fume hood which will exhaust waste air in it.
2. We can furnish duct and fan if it’s required by customers.
3. We can furnish custom-built laboratory steel fume cupboard based on customer’s requirement.
