Exterior material: Constructed from 1.2mm thick cold-rolled steel sheet. All steel parts treated with pickling and phosphatizing, then coated with epoxy resin powder for a thickness of up to 80um.
Lining material and airflow panel: Utilizes 5mm compact solid panel that is resistant to chemicals and high temperatures. Corrosion-resistant materials connect the lining panel and airflow panel internally. Removable parts connect the bottom of the airflow panel to the worktop.
Maintenance panels: Two removable compact panels between the steel exterior structure and lining material allow for easy maintenance of public devices.
Movable door: Features flexible lifting and dropping mechanisms that can be stopped at any position. A device is installed to limit the door’s opening.
5mm toughened glass with internal film is used for the sliding door and hinge coaxial pulley wheel system to ensure smooth and precise balance. This system prevents the movable door from tilting and has a lifespan of over 100,000 times.
Lighting: Antisepsis daylight lamp installed in a gas-insulated housing, providing a minimum of 400lux brightness.
