Material instroduction:
Exterior material: 1.0 or 1.2mm cold rolled steel plate coated with AkzoNobel epoxy resin powder after welding, polishing, acid cleaning, phosphating. Galvanized steel is also available, which depends on specific requirements of clients.
Interior material: 5mm compact panel with moisture and temperature resistance, modular structure which can be dissembled easily for cleaning. FRP and stainless steel material are also available for your option.
Window: with 5mm tempered glass, gear wheel controlled or simutaneous wheeel movement for window to ensure the smooth and exact balance.
Worktop: high quality 19mm epoxy resin worktop with 25mm water proof edge, ceramic and lab grade phenolic resin worktop are available for selection.
Light: 30 Watt antisepsis day-light lamp fitted in gas insulated housing. Anti-explosion lamp is workable as well.
Accessories of steel laboratory fume cupboard:
1. Water and gas fitting: High quality remote water and gas fitting are used. The gas fitting is with safety function to avoid gas leakage.
2. Socket: 4 sets of water-proof international standard sockets with cover. Universal/British/American etc is for your selection.
3. Hinge: 304 stainless steel hinge with high weight capacity.
4. Controller: LCD controller with English version. Also controller from France is for your selection which can show the face velocity and make alarm when meeting with unproper airflow.
Remark:
1. We can furnish custom-built fume hood based on customer’s requirement.
2. We can add polypropylene storage cabinet in the nether steel storage cabinet, flammable yellow cabinets or acid blue cabinet is workable as substitute as storage cabinet for storing various chemicals. Fan and duct also can be furnished if it’s required by customers.
